"This is a very well located hotel and I enjoyed my stay there for the most part. That said, the elevator did not work beyond the 5th floor (I was on the 6th, so had to take the stairs from there---no big deal, but it should be fixed). The breakfast was good, but they regularly ran out of food half way through the serving period. It was sometimes replenished, sometimes not. Room was small--but that's Europe, so no particular complaint there. However, there was a heatwave in Paris and the hotel (like many places in Paris) has no A/C, and the heat was absolutely stifling. (And I live in a hot place--I'm no stranger to hot weather). I was lucky that they were able to provide me an oscillating fan, which helped move the air somewhat--but other people in the hotel were not able to get one: must have been unbearable. Obviously, we can't blame the hotel for the weather! But with climate change, they are going to figure out a solution, as these situations are becoming much more common. They were very good about providing nice, cold water downstairs, which was much appreciated."

"Would never recommend this hotel to anyone. The aircon wasn’t working and when we asked the staff at reception they said it wasn’t working due to not being able to be turned on until 26/05/26 which I don’t understand why. In their amenities it says there’s ac (maybe they should include which months it’s on for) it was over 30 degrees everyday while I was there which made our trip really disappointing. Also there was a terrible off smell on level 7 in the corridor"

"A clean, basic hotel located in the 13th. Helpful staff. Room is spare but very comfortable. Public transit (RER) is close as is Station F, conference center and business incubator. Staff is always friendly. Don’t miss Restaurant Milord across the street for great food and the most reasonably priced menu degustation I know."
