It was DIRTY, hallways dirty, room was dirty, it smelled horrible, there were candy wrappers in drawers, roaches in the room. We didn’t stay. We immediately walked out and asked for a refund.

Don’t trust the pics. Staff is barely present, the room smelled of mold immediately upon opening the door. Signs of water damage inside and out. Tried calling the front desk for 10mins straight and nobody picked up. Hotels.com support wasn’t even able to get a hold of the PM. I knew it wasn’t anything glamorous, but did not expect what I walked into.
