The cabin was beautiful inside and outside with an incredible clawfoot tub that was perfect for soaking. The upstairs was well laid out and stocked. Unfortunately, the heating units were unable to keep up with the cold weather and it was very cold.

We had ants, the sheets on bed were dirty there was also a stain not cleaned in desk/table. Front desk was notified and said they would come by our room and never did. Parking lot full of pot hole, poorly lit hallways with noticeable dead bugs in ceiling fixtures.

Just not what I have been accustomed to from a Doubletree. The staff was amazing. The bathroom had plumbing problems and the carpet was in need of cleaning.

Everything was very nice except for a mid breakfast. Staff was awesome. Everything was clean and working. Didn't have to ask for sheets for the sofa bed. If the breakfast had been cooked a bit better, it would have been perfect.
