"We can’t rave enough about how wonderful our stay was in this gorgeous home on the best stretch of the Weeki Wachee River! The house has everything you could possibly need, which was a lovely surprise. And the Christmas tree, and holiday touches throughout the home really felt special. Our days revolved around the river…the house has the perfect placement of chairs to view it all day long when taking a break from kayaking. We paddled from morning to sundown each day, saw lots of manatees and birds, fished, and appreciated the many kayak and SUP options available to do so. We also loved that it’s just woods across from the back of the house and so we had morning coffee with the owls and belted kingfishers. Each room of the house is decorated in such a fun style, and our personal favorite was The Beach Boys room because our daughter is a big fan of theirs. This house has so much space for our family of 6, and we constantly would say “can you believe how awesome this home is?!”. We will definitely be back! Thank you so much for providing such a perfect home and amenities!"

"The Weeki Wachee River is one of my family‘s favorite spaces so we rent properties down there every year. We’ve been lucky that every home we’ve ever rented has been exceptional, but I have to say that this particular home is the best we have stayed at over the years.Spacious, roomy, nicely appointed - it checks off all the boxes of what you’re looking for. We had our teenage and younger grandchildren with us and they enjoyed all of the activities and entertainment that was provided by the host of this property. It’s a beautiful location and everything that you will need is right there waiting for you. I will definitely rent it again."

"We were pleasantly surprised that the house is much nicer than we expected. Various upgrades that we did not see in pictures. Great water views and all the amenities you will need. Host was attentive and responsive."

"The place was clean and beautifully furnished. We enjoyed the kayaks and Pac-Man game. We also loved the turf (which made the outdoor space feel very clean) and the numerous out-door seating options. Tina was very responsive any time I reached out to her. We did not know about this mermaid show and its history until we came. So cool! The show was easily 13 each. We also saw several manatees and even a pair of dolphins came swimming up the river cresting right in front of the house!"

"We had everything we needed. The house was clean and very well stocked. We didn't have to get toilet paper or paper towels, etc. The water was a quiet part of the river with easy access to the main channel. We had plenty of kayaks to enjoy the water. This was an amazing family Christmas vacation. The hosts were very accommodating and quick to respond. We will definitely be back!"

"Absolutely amazing with lots of wildlife - otters manatees turtles dolphins and monkeys. We felt no need to go anywhere else our entire stay. One of the few places I’d book again."
