Our 940 sq ft. condo, 2 bed, 2 bath, is clean, bright and updated. Fully furnished, with the lanai overlooking a green space. The condo has a large master bedroom with a King bed with pull out trundle beds and a private bath. The second bedroom has a King bed with a private bath and a large closet. Fully stocked kitchen. Includes 3 TVs and internet. Standup desk with Keyboard, monitor and mouse. 3rd floor unit with elevator and washer/dryers across the hall. Amenities include swimming pool, work out facility, clubhouse, pickleball, tennis, access to the Legacy Trail for walking & biking. Blanket, umbrella, tent, chairs, coolers and children's toys available for the beach.

Great property we stayed at in heart of Venice! Joann was very nice and allowed us to check in earlier! Bird Bay condominium is a gem! Loved the community pool and again so close to everything in Venice...Nokomis and surrounding areas! Would love to stay there again! Thanks Joann!
