Absolutely beautiful! The view of the lake was perfect! The space was well appointed and had plenty of room to sit around visiting and playing games. We ended up staying in more than we thought we would. It was that comfortable! Host was easy to communicate with and responded to questions quickly. I would definitely recommend and stay here again.

This was a great location for our North Shore visit - easy access to so many stops. The property’s heated pool and hot tub were highlights for the kids. But really, the easy access to the beach to explore and have a fire was perfect. The house is a little tricky for younger kids due to the loft style with the 2 full sized beds open to the sounds from the main level but we made due and had a great time!

This was my second time at North Shore Nirvana. It is so comfortable, and the townhome has everything one could need. I love the close proximity to Two Harbors, and the quiet location. The view of the bay is really pretty. I highly recommend visiting Cedar Coffee Company and Vanilla Bean restaurant!

Simply a lovely, perfect place on the shore! Great for our visit with kids from kindergarten to high school—the lake access, pool, pickle ball, all the fun activities. And the kitchen had all we needed to cook big meals together. Wonderful!

This is a lovely home on Lake Superior. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed and each space offers a welcoming, at-home feel. There is room to spread out and large areas to gather. The perfect mix for a family stay!

The place was as listed. We didn’t find any fire pit on the property as we had expected from the listing. There was one at the main facility on the grounds. The only other request was more garbage bags and possibly so ziplock bags to be supplied in the kitchen. There was one garbage bag for our 3 day stay

Possibly the Cleanest Vacation Rental Ever

We've stayed in a lot of vacation rentals and this was the cleanest ever. The decor was perfect for the North Shore. The view of the lake was lovely. The townhome had everything we needed to be comfortable. The king sized bed in the lower bedroom was very comfortable. Communication with the hosts was easy. There's a ton of room. It was was exactly what we wanted. Thank you for a great stay!

Weekend on the Shore

We were visiting our son who is a student at UMD. This place provided plenty of space for our family of 4 for sleeping and doing homework. The beds were comfortable and there were plenty of blankets to keep you warm on a cold winter night. It was a good location for going up the shore and into Duluth throughout the weekend. The view from the living room was wonderful.

Had a great stay. Beautiful grounds and view.Would rent again in any season.Just FYI in case you need to fix before future guests: Remotes for two of the TVs did not have batteries in them or did not have working batteries. We purchased batteries but could not get tv above fireplace to work beyond the opening screen. Wanted to watch something during the big storm. Not sure if remote was broken, but we are all tech savvy people and couldn’t get past the splash screen.

Very comfortable sectional sofa facing large windows. View over lake is stunning. Beds are also moderately comfortable. The kitchen is well lit and well stocked with shiny clean glasses and many dishes.

Vacation with houseguests!

This is the second time that I have stayed here “on vacation” with my out-of-town guests. It took me 30+ years living near the North Shore to figure out that I could be “on vacation” too… IF we didn’t stay at my house! We enjoyed: very comfortable & spacious, clean & well-supplied essentials, close-up view & sounds of the lake, on-site walking trails & beach, short drives to great hiking at Gooseberry, Split Rock, & Tettegouche SPs as well as other trails. Good to know: the Gitchee Gummi Bike Trail connected Two Harbors to Sup. Shores Resort (Oct. 2024). Yay!

Wonderful, Relaxing Time

This was our second girlfriend’s weekend. The space was wonderful for hanging out. We saw wildlife while we were on the deck. The inside space was comfortable and loved the lit pine tree.

Very beautiful location on Lake Superior. The kitchen has all the amenities you could want for cooking and eating in. The deck was great to relax on, but would have loved to have a small table to use.

Long weekend away for a mother/daughter weekend. Clean & comfortable. Wonderful view of the lake from the deck. Love the little walking path along the lake - look out for little fairie houses!

Duluth & North shore family vacation

Overall, this property worked very well for our week of family vacation. Beautiful view of Lake Superior along with openness of kitchen and living area worked extremely well! Host was very responsive and cleanliness of house was great when we arrived. The kids loved the pool which was also incredibly nice, clean, and convenient. Would definitely go back!
