Room seemed to be very damp, carpet and bed seemed to be wet. There wasn’t breakfast, apparently they stopped after Covid happened. Options for food was limited to just the casino across the parking lot, service there wasn’t great and food was not great.

When first checking in they gave me a smoking room - it was awful, smoke was so strong It could not be tolerated called to get moved and was told we could not - had to walk down to desk to actually get moved - otherwise just ok

Beautiful facility

Three nights stay in this very comfortable hotel. Staff responds quickly to problems and requests. Grounds well kept. Good value for price. But where are the other guests?

Way overpriced.

It's way overpriced, way way way overpriced. The carpeting in the room was stained, it should have been replaced a couple years ago. The room and the lobby were very clean, the air conditioner worked great -- it was really hot so that was good. There's no morning breakfast, so that adds to the overpricing. A Super 8 would have been maybe a little nicer for significantly less $$ but there isn't much choice in Hinckley. The main casino hotel was over $100/night more.

We were disappointed that the out door pool was only open until 7:00 pm and the sign off the street read 8:00 pm. We ended up getting there at 7 pm and the next day we tried to go again but pool opened at 11 and checked out at 11! We did end up paying $10 for extend check out to swim outside.

Power outage

Stay was fine except for the 3 hour power outage which shut down the pool which was why I had my kids out there. Wasn’t anyone’s fault but it definitely put a damper on the stay
