Could not believe the spaciousness of all the rooms, lobby, and pool area. The grand size of the pool area was added to greatly by the glass wall on the west side creating the feeling of being outside. The overall quietude of the place was very relaxing.

TV didn't work

The room, hotel, and staff were satisfactory but after checking in we found that the TV had no audio. Notified the front desk immediately and was told it was the cable provider and nothing they could do about it. At checkout I asked for a discount to make things right for not having any TV and was told they don't do that. If notified earlier we could have made other plans or brought a fire stick.

Overall good stay

I was placed at the back of the hotel, there was an entrance close and parking was easy, which was nice. The first night I arrived after 9pm due to arriving at the airport after 7:00pm. There was no one at the desk, and the gentleman that eventually showed up was frazzled due to issues with other guests. Check in was quick after that. I arrived at my room and it was well stocked, the beds were made however, everything was wrinkled and untucked which made it difficult to tell if it was actually clean or not. There was a stain in the sheets and I wasn't so sure, so I slept on top of the blanket, I didn't want to bother the poor gentleman at the front desk again. In the morning, I called the front and requested houskeeping that day while I was gone. Housekeeping did a great job and replaced the sheets and the rest of my stay was fabulous. It was mostly quiet, except for one night I had elephants staying in the room above me who didn't seem to need any sleep and stomped around until 3 or 4 am. Overall, I highly recommend as the best stay within at least 50-100 miles, compared to any of the other budget "motels" in the area. I trust these guys the most if you can't stay with friends or family or afford an AirBNB on one of the lakes.

Convenient, had a shuttle, was pretty clean. Little spendy, hot tubwas broke, the sink was very slow ro drain and there was amouse or something chewing in the wall by my moms bed and she couldnt sleep.
