No WiFi in living room. Phone on wall did not work. Key card did not work the 2nd time we tried to enter the facility. I called the 800 # & was on hold several minutes before a live person answered. I Explained the problem & he put me on hold to find someone else to try to help. She finally did help by sending a security guard to give us a new card. In the meantime my son was trying to get help at the front desk at the main casino. They said they would send the guard also. All of this took over 45 minutes as we kept trying the card over & over to get in. The 2nd night there were people shouting & fighting in front of our cabin. We got very little sleep. All in all a very disappointing experience. Won’t stay there again or recommend this establishment to anyone.

Fantastic place!

perfect, quiet place to stay! No having to worry about sharing a wall with anyone in the Chalets!! Only thing I can think of that I would’ve changed is that the pillows were so plump/firm that it cocked my head to a weird angle and my head wasn’t heavy enough to make the pillow flatten out at all. Maybe a couple different pillows in there next time? Everything was super clean, staff answered all my questions, maintenance was quick to fix the lock that popped out of the door handle, and they have security officers around! Would definitely recommend staying here

This was a great option close to the casino for half the cost. Full kitchen, large deck and spacious bathroom. TVs were really small for the space but didn’t really have time for TV anyway. It was great!
