If all you want to do is sleep and don't mind sheets that come off, noisy neighbors,dirty rooms and televisions that don't work, this is the place to buy cheap, get cheap and never want to return. If you want any kind of quality, go elsewhere.

If you need a run-down, just for sleeping and you don't need clean or a working television (That they won't bother fixing either.), this could be the place for you to save some money. If you have any expectations whatsoever, go somewhere else.

The beds are noisy, old bed not comfortable at all rooms are dirty, dirty bathrooms water runs all night couldn’t sleep. Dirty towels. The room smells bad.

We had a large group coming from northern Illinois and southeast Wisconsin so we booked a total of 8 rooms there. 2 smelled like death, which they did get out in other rooms that smelled better. The air conditioning in the rooms was sketchy and loud. Lets just put it this way, this is the type of motel where you dont take yours shoes off because you cant tell if its clean or not. The beds were super uncomfortable and creaky. My daughters mattress protector had a large brown stain on it. Couldnt get wifi or restock kleenex or towels or toilet paper with out walking across dark parking lot because there is only 1 person at the front desk and in a seperate building. Only reason we stayed was there wasnt any other rooms available close by. We will never stay there again and will definitely stwer other people away from staying there as well.

I have spoke with my housekeeping staff about the issues you stated about our rooms. I also contacted our wifi provider. I am sorry but we do only have 1 person at our front desk at anytime and when it is busy it is hard to get away. I do apologize for any inconvenience you incurred during your stay.

No wifi connection on any device. No plug ins to use except by the bathroom. I could only use the lamp by the bed or the lights that hang on the wall or the bathroom light. The other lamp was broken. The unit in wall I can't read what it says or tell what it's doing. The door to the room is as heavy as me. I had to park way off in the distance under a shedding tree due to lack of spaces. Staff is not so friendly and had a poor attitude when I called down to front desk. I'm here for a funeral and this is the worst stay I've had coming to Hinckley this far! Definitely not worth paying what I paid to stay here. Oh and on the website it says free breakfast but they don't serve breakfast at the moment. This hotel is a wreck!!!

I apologize for any inconveniences you had during your stay. I have made a call to our wifi provider. I do have my maintenance man going to every room to make sure everything is working properly. Our doors to the rooms are oak that is why they are heavy, we do have a limited amount of marked parking spaces, you would have been in the overflow parking. I will be speaking with my staff about their friendlyness and their attitude they should treat guests as they would want to be treated. We have not had breakfast since March 2019, all websites should just say coffee and tea in the lobby. If I knew which website I coud have this corrected. Thank you for taking the time to review our property

The price was very good. Parking lot needed to be plowed ice all over steps we saw one guest fall from top of stairs to the bottom of steps. Wash cloth was left hanging on shower curtain from pass guest, no new wash cloth was left. The most disponible was the mattress it was very hard and lumpy like they used boards under the middel of it. Service was excellent staff was very helpfull in tv problems and ver professional.

I do apologize for any inconvenience incurred during your recent stay. Our parking lot was plowed on 1/15, they try to get everyting they can while plowing. We do try to keep up with the steps as we know that salting is needed. I have addressed the issue with the wash cloth with housekeeping so that this will not happen in the future. I am sorry that your bed was not comfortable for you. I will pass your comment on to my front desk staff. Thank you for taking the time to let us know how your stay went
