When we arrived to this hotel, it looked completely different from the photos taken. They must have done "remodeling" at some point. It was extremely dark inside, and did not feel welcoming at all. It took us about 15-20 minutes to check in due to technology issues. When we went to our room, it just felt dirty and definitely needed upgrading. Again, our room did not look as clean as the pictures others have taken. It smelt musty when we entered, the shower looked well loved, just not what we were expecting. We actually left and decided not to stay the night due to our experience. Other hotels that are not too far from this once charge around the same price, so i would go elsewhere. Wish we could have gotten refunded for this stay, but havent heard back yet.

The hotel was good to work with me on the first of my 4 night booking, as my cancelled flight in changed my itinerary. I was not able to access my room 2 times in 3 days due to faulty room keys, which was an inconvenience. There is no elevator in the hotel, so travel light unless you have help carrying bags. Some of the patrons congregate outside to smoke, and then bring the smell into the hallways, which I found annoying. Not my best stay for the money.

I was disappointed with the hot tub and pool being unclean. The pool water smelled like urine. Our room was very cold set at 60 degrees and it took several hours to warm up. Walmart and server food stores are close by which was nice. But I would not stay here again.
