The toilet did not flush, the facility was filthy. The furniture was broken down with rips in it. It looked like they had furnished the place from a dumpster.

Filthy dirty. Hair-clogged sink. Horrendous beds with holes in the sheets, very poor mattress, and no mattress pad. Door doesn't shut/lock unless you literally slam it. No batteries in tv remote. Everything just plain DIRTY. Will NEVER stay here again and will advise anyone to stay anywhere but here.

There were 2 male staff members that were great. Lady was horrible. Using profanity talking to someone on phone. Made several calls and hung up on them. The breakfast area was filthy. Pancake mix spilled everywhere. Garbage overflowing. Front desk lady was told several times about it and never moved her butt to clean it up. Was like that for 2 hours.

The room was very dirty. The walls in the room were dirty. The pillows on the queen size bed were only about 1 foot long and 1/2 foot wide. i asked at the desk for more pillows and they said that would be a 2 dollar charge per pill. We used the pool and there was dust hanging from the fan blades. We will never use thismotel again.

Dear Guest, We apologize for your experience. We have standard pillows for queen beds in our room so I am not sure where you are getting you foot long pillow understanding which is not even possible. Also we never charge for additional pillows or comforters, this is the first time in the history of the business I have heard that.

We drove into the hotel parking lot with a sheriff on site. Perhaps this should have been our first clue. Our rooms were filthy. The bathrooms were caulked all over, somewhat holding the faucet in. There was hair in both bathtubs and old urine or something behind the toilet. One of our rooms was without a refrigerator. After several hours of being cold in the middle of the night, we figured out that you need to turn the thermostat on AC/COLD in order to get heat. The mattresses were blood or chocolate stained and uncomfortable. The pillows were stained, old and smelled terrible. The sheets were thin, worn, very discolored but did appear clean. There was a room downstairs, seeping water into the hallway and the person at the front desk didn't seem to care. Perhaps a call to shut the water off to that room? The "Exit Only" door had a security lock but did not lock. The room walls are paper thin. I could hear the entire conversation that our neighbors were having, so we kept our tv on a very low volume, to not keep other guests up. The continental breakfast was less than adequate, so we left early and ended up eating elsewhere. The hot tub is broken, so the only water in it is the water from kids splashing in their pool. There were towels stocked in the pool area, which the kids did use and enjoy. I could go on and on but will not. On a positive note, the front desk staff were friendly. There is a recliner in the room. Not comfortable but better than the bed.

They had no maid service on the weekend, my bathroom toilet over flowed and i had to ask them for a mop and bucket to clean it myself. The toilet is broken
