A little rough around the edges. Needs basic repairs and upkeep that if continued to be neglected can spiral out of control in a hurry.
I've seen furniture for curbside giveaway that were in better condition than this chair in the room.

You can bike from the hotel to the bike park, this was great. Hotel was clean and quiet and the breakfast provided was well done, thanks!

The property is slightly run down and in need of some maintenance and new flooring. I can deal with run down but the rooms were also not very clean. Cleanliness goes along way especially when the property is in need of some maintenance.

The staff was fine. It was quiet. It was peaceful beds were OK. The linen was clean only because they weren’t done when we got there so we know it was floor was vacuumed. Nothing else was wiped off the window still had dirt in it. The screens were torn. Some of the wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling. They were still here in the shower when we got there.

Initially, when we open the door first smell was of shampooed carpets with dog feces. The breakfast options and availability were very good. The overall cleanliness was good. Staff was friendly. Location was convenient off of 169 and the pricing being below average was perfect for someone on a budget.
