The size of bed was not for us. All Japanese hotels are made for small people. I may be wrong. I just need to pay more and do my homework better. I learned the lesson. Because I have been 3 different hotels in Narita Airport. I had no issue on this one. I guess it all comes to the size and price of room etc...

It was my first time in Tokyo, and my stay was splendid. The staff was very patient and friendly. I would sometimes amuse them with my little japanese and google translator. Would definitely stay here again while in Tokyo. My only suggestion is to consider implementing a lunch and dinner component. The keikyu-kamata station is a few minutes walk with many surrounding restaurants making a convenient stay for new comers to Tokyo.

We loved this hotel. It looks new to us. Next time we will stay here longer. Bed is comfortable and they provided two pillows for each guest. Very clean and nice room. Staff are so helpful and kind. It’s a 3 min walk to train station to Haneda airport and not too far from dining and shopping areas.
