We stayed for 16 nights in this hotel and I’m grateful that they are very clean and accommodating. They clean our room every day, they have very nice staffs and quiet area. I love that they have Lawson in front of the hotel and close to 2 stations and a medical centre. Very peaceful area. Love that they offer breakfast too. Overall, highly recommended to stay when you want to visit Tokyo.

Hotel was about 6-8 min walk from Shin Okubu station. I felt safe walking to/from the property early in the morning and late a night (around 8-9p). Nearby are various restaurants, convenience stores. This hotel is about 25 min from Shinjuku station and is pretty straightforward walking route.

The property needs a little upgrade in the rooms but other than than that the customer service was on point. The workers were so nice. The room was always tidy every time I came back to my room. 10 minute walk to Main Street where food and stores are. A Lawson store not even a minute away which was the best to grab quick snacks in the morning or night ! loved Tokyo.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly staff that are willing to go that extra mile to accommodate visitors. Some English speaking staff so please learn the Japanese language or ready yourself with Google translate or other translation app. Check in and out simple and easy. Employee by the name of LaPai (hope that's correct) was always willing to converse in English and it made my stay so much more enjoyable. On site laundry too, which is great so you don't have to pack much! Will definitely refer others to stay here if looking for great place in Shinjuku. Mahalo everyone!

It was not far from odiba or shin odiba station pretty much same distance as not knowing Japanese the display sign for hotel I kept looking for it yet I was just outside it till I asked someone. Lots of food places on Main Street and Indian food as well also rooms are decent size breakfast is basic . There is Lawson shop opposite. Thanks

Great value for money
Room was a nice size. Good selection of amenities (toothbrush, razor, cloth, hair brush, slippers, etc). There was some scuff marks on the wall and stains in the carpet, but it still was really clean. Breakfast was simple. Used the laundry and expected there to be soap for purchase but didnt see any. Overall great value and cllae walk to the stations and Shinjuku.

Very tired room, carpet stained, toilet and shower very small. Breakfast was a joke, a croissant (no condiments) and 3 choices of cereal. Better off going to a 7/11 for breakfast. Expensive and disappointing.
