The rooms are remodeled and they are still working on the lobby. It is in a central location to everything in Tillamook. The staff was friendly and helpful. Parking is free and convenient.

They were in the middle of renovations. What was finished was nice and clean. Everything else was messy. And most of their perks were unavailable ( spa, breakfast, etc.) but you don't find this out until you complete the reservation.

The hotel emailed us 3 times after our booking to advise they were no longer doing breakfast, there was no bath or pool and they were undergoing renovation and yet when we tried to cancel because the facilities were not as advertised, we were told by Hotel.com Virtual Assistant that the booking was non refundable. The hotel never responded to our direct messages so we went with the booking which despite our concern, turned out good as the room we stayed in appeated to be a remodelled one, modern, large, quiet and very comfortable (may have been quiet as no renovation happening over the weekend?) The floor was dusty but may be down to the building work going on? Only gripe was no USB charge point and no coat hangers. Think this will be a great place once work finished and reception are a little more organised. Limited places to eat nearby although there is a shop on site

We booked due to the pool, but they don't have a pool. The whole place is under construction. Their coke vending machine drops your drink, so you can't get it, and they say to call the number on the machine. I found it's a number fix the machine. This had happened to them earlier, but they didn't put up signs, they told me I was out of luck....they were basically, There's nothing we will do. I had asked a guy, who worked there, for an extra blanket....it's just a couple of sheets, with a thin blanket no thicker than a sheet....but he acted like it was a big inconvenience, so I told him nevermind, and turned up their heater in the room. The Kleenex looks like someone had grabbed a bunch, then tried to put them back. We will never stay here again. We had stayed a few yrs ago, but this experience has not been worth the amount I paid. We had a great experience at the Beach side Inn, in Crescent City, and there were mostly homeless staying there. Avoid this place, if you want an experience worth the money or at least until constitution is done. This is so disappointing.

Was soooo peaceful and quiet! Even with renovations going on! The beds were clean and comfortable! Rooms were clean! Showers ran hot ! Lots of food close by and right down the road from cheese factory! The staff was all very nice and very welcoming! If you are going to tillamook book here! Next time we go we for sure will!

This was good for us as we only stayed one night on our tour of Hwy 101. They are remodeling the entire hotel and will be very nice when finished. Our room had already gone through the remodel and was very nice with a few missing details but sure they will get to them.

I wasn’t very impressed with this hotel. They are under going remodel, which isn’t a big deal until you learn that amenities like the pool and breakfast have been discontinued. I was also quite shocked to find our floor was not very clean, any time my feet were up on the bed I would leave trails of lint and what not on the white comforters. That didn’t make me feel very comfortable. What made it worse was to find used soap and shampoo still in the shower. All in all, I was disappointed in my stay and definitely do not recommend.

The front office gave a stranger who asked for our room key without calling the room to make sure we were okay with that. Never got the other persons ID thank god we had the door latch lock in place as my wife had just gotten out of the shower and was gettingndressed when this stranger tried to come into our room. We were obviously confused as ro what was going on and talked to the front desk about it and they just said oh yeah sorry about that. No explanation of to why they would give a room key ro someone who hadnt purchased the room. We wont be going back for this reason.
