"We got stuck in Houston because of a flight delay and missed connection. I asked the staff if there was any kind of late checkout option because we were going to be stuck all day in the airport. They let us stay until 2pm for late checkout and did not charge. Very wonderful and accommodating, will most definitely stay here again if ever in Houston."

"I really enjoyed my stay here. The property is very nice and has a nice atmosphere. I love the interior decor. The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the large garden tub in the room. I did not get a chance to check out the rooftop pool and hot tub. I will definitely do that my next trip. there's a lot of close by dining options in downtown nightlife within walking distance. My only criticism is that I feel the valet parking thing was a little overpriced and the parking nearby was difficult to find at times. mainly because the closest garage is used by the valet so the spots were very sparing. otherwise, I love this hotel and would definitely return. "

"Great communication with the staff during our stay. Our shower broke the first night and they immediately moved us to another room which was an upgrade. The manager came to the room to help with the transition and made sure everything was operating properly. I really enjoyed my stay and the walking distance to burger king and pizza hut. I recommend this hotel in the near future. Only suggest is to put the 25.00 parking overnight on the website. Other than that it was a smooth visit and the beds are so comfortable."
