The spacious main living room with lots of windows and slider to bring the outdoors in, overlooks the water and leads to a covered porch with outdoor dining table and chairs to sit and relax by the water's edges and listen to the sounds of nature. Witness blue herons as they fly by and land right on the dock curious to see (or feast on) your catch of the day, and on occasion you will be visited by the docile manatee swimming along the canal lured to the fresh water from a fisherman's watering hose. In minutes you can be diving or snorkeling off of nearby Looe Key Reef, a spectacular attraction in the Florida Keys or island hop to nearby offshore islands, only accessible by boat, where you can enjoy sanctuary and solitude while "finding your Zen with nature".
