"The Omni William Penn Hotel may have the best shower of any hotel I've stayed in! I didn't have the opportunity to eat in any of the restaurants, but the dine-in menus look fantastic. My room layout was a little awkward. There was little room to navigate between the bed and TV to get to the closet, but it was a walk-in closet! This was a same day hotel reservation, because I had no air conditioning in my home. It was so easy to reserve the room on the hotels.com app and the pricing was perfect."

" Here’s a Phish tale about a family of Canucks who love to descend on The Burgh and its three rivers at least once a year, to catch a Pirates game and a ride on whatever other world-class event is happening here at the time. The Hampton Inn Pittsburgh Downtown is our must-have cavern. Each time we’ve found it to be a life beyond the dream. This week we were here chasing Halley’s Comet. Didn’t find that, but found Holly in a starring role at the front desk (effervescent and ever pleasant) and then, to our great delight, also underneath a sea of stars at The Main Event. (If you don’t understand this reference, then you’ve been casting your line in the wrong river.) Pittsburgh was hot during our four-day stay. Hot enough to split open and melt. But we wook up every morning well rested and ready to take on the day. The hotel room was a rightful cavern: both expansive and a supremely fine place to stash our stuff for party time — and a comforting place to nest at night after a full day exploring The Burgh. What comes readily to mind-mind-mind-mind-mind about our experience here is that everything’s right. "
