Over all this hotel is very nice. Parking was very easy and convenient. The neighborhood people are very nice & helpful we felt safe even late at night. There’s a gas station af one end of the block. Five guys & Pizza Hut on the next block. Walgreens across the street so if you need snacks or anything medical. Great location between forest park & Busch Stadium. We loved it will definitely book there again. The cool retro vibe was just a added benefit to this location.

Comfy bed, small but clean room, great amenities and layout, the entire place exceeded my expectations except for room size. I slept perfectly so I'm not complaining much. The downstairs lounge area makes it much better of an expensive if you go down there.

Bachelor Pad Stay

The feel of the place was like staying in a bachelor pad. Sheets were not clean, towels had bleach stains, not a single item on the wall was straight, shower head was coming out of wall, and overall structure felt ready to crumble. The pictures do not match the actual place.

Pros: My car seemed safely parked and it only cost $10/night for parking. It was a quiet hotel. Cons: It felt like a dorm room, the reception, main floor smelled awful. The room did not feel clean - though the sheets on the bed were clean. The AC was loud, but cooled adequately. For the price, the experience should have been better.

Have to let water run for at least 15 minutes to get hot water. Bed was not comfortable. Great idea with kitchen to cook food, outdoor area was very nice, renovation all looked good, but if you can’t have a hot shower it doesn’t matter how many amenities are offered. Convenient location to Barnes hospital.

Our room was very clean but very small. We only needed a place to sleep, so we were comfortable. They seem very serious about their quiet hours. We were there for a show so we didn't get back to the hotel until after 11 at night, and we were so concerned about the quiet hours that we were nervous about watching TV or speaking full volume in our room. Other than that, everything was very nice. The owners are clearly concerned about the comfort of their patrons.
