Our room smelled like rotting garbage. Shower was filthy, not sure there were fresh sheets on the bed ! We paid for a upgrade with premium bedding and snacks ?? Hate to see what standard was if this was premium. My door card didn't work .. no one answered the front desk phone. No amenities. We were just there briefly after a concert .. could've wait to leave.

Although my room was clean, the hallways and stairways were filthy. I was charged an extra fee for what I was told was for fire and flood insurance - later it was explained that this was required because of the safes in the room - and that it would be refunded after I checked out. I'm still not sure if it was. My key card stopped working more than once and I was told that management was aware of the problem and were working on a solution. I would not stay here again.

I had never stayed in a red roof Inn so didn’t really know what to expect. The exterior wasn’t too bad other than a car parked right outside the office that looks like it’s been there for three or four months. The gentleman who worked at the front desk was super nice so that was a plus, but then the hallways and some of the other common areas were a little dirty and definitely needed some cleaning. The room itself was pretty spacious and clean although the chair and some of the other areas were extremely worn and dated. The room was pretty cheap so you get what you pay for but in general it is tough to say the hotel is nice. Service was quite friendly, but the property itself is very rundown and not that well taken care of.

We will not be staying at this hotel again. The person at check in was fine, but the lobby reeked of cigarette smoke (smoke free facility??). We also overheard him say they had one housekeeper for the entire hotel. Our room had no shampoo or soap- we needed to request at the front desk. Our first morning, the hair dryer literally started on fire. The outside is unkept. Unfortunalely money wasted, we will not stay here again.

Outrageously expensive for below average property . Had to reprogram the entry card 3 times in 24 hours! No change of towels or daily cleaning . Maybe worst motel experience I have ever had . DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to share my feedback regarding my recent stay at the Red Roof Plus in South Deerfield, MA. While I have always appreciated the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, I must express my disappointment with the current state of the property. Having stayed at this hotel numerous times, it is disheartening to see its decline in quality. The hallways, lobby, and rooms were extremely dirty during my stay, which left a negative impression. Additionally, the bed was highly uncomfortable, and I found the pricing to be exceedingly high for the experience provided. Regrettably, based on this recent experience, I do not foresee myself returning to this property in the future. I hope that these concerns are taken seriously and addressed promptly to improve the overall guest experience. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
