Terrible communication and customer care
Check in went smoothly, however, it was immediately obvious that one of the two bathrooms had not been cleaned. We contacted the number listed and messaged with them for over an hour, sending photo evidence and descriptions. We also informed them we did not have the jacuzzi, sauna and rec room key and asked for that as soon as possible as our guest has a medical condition and relies on a jacuzzi for therapy. We asked that the bathroom be cleaned the next morning as the night was waning and we’d already spent much of our first evening attending these matters. Sadly, the bathroom was never cleaned, so we did it ourselves. The key was never acquired. Part of the reason we chose this listing was for the jacuzzi and sauna options. To have no one local to attend to guest needs was disappointing and unacceptable. We were offered a 25% discount on the “cleaning fee” which does not cover the lack of service. We made the best of it, but would not book 4A again due to poor customer care.
