We loved the location, quietness, and the size of the house. It is super close to the beaches, restaurants and shopping. We would definitely stay again at this location as it was perfect for us. I was able to work remotely from the rental so the WiFi was fast and had no issues with anything at this rental. Very cozy!

Relaxing week near Siesta Key

The property was almost exactly as pictured (no hammock, which was a bit of a bummer). The kitchen had everything you could need for a weeks stay, which was very important to me as we had several meals at the home over the course of the week. The neighborhood was very quiet, with a lot of full-time residents and we met some wonderful neighbors during our morning walks with our dog. The backyard is fully fenced in a one quite large, and included a bags (cornhole) set that our teens got a lot of use out of. One thing that is important to note (and it’s my fault for not reading more carefully, as I have rented several homes in Florida over the past 10 years) is that the pool is not heated. Unfortunately the water was way too cold to spend more than a couple minutes in, so we did not get to utilize the pool as much as we would’ve liked. It was only a 3 mile drive to Siesta Key and Crescent Beach, which was wonderful. You can find pretty much any store you could need along Tamiami Trail. All-in-all we would absolutely stay here again during the warmer months.

Great Location

Great location for family getaway.Very pricey considering.Pool was nice, not heated but clean.House was clean. Queen bed very uncomfortable for two adults.Washer HAD mold in it.Vacuum WAS clogged. Not a huge dealFirewood should be available rather than “upon request”. I’m not trying to talk to anyone one my vaca. Outdoor space was nice and private.Bathrooms were clean and showers worked, short amount of time for hot water tho so a family of 5 better be quick with their showers or Dad is going to freeze.Overall would rent again, just lower the price ffs. Neighborhood 1 street over was the rich folk with sidewalks and street lights, kind of funny to see that there instant change.

Serene Stay

Living in paradise! My family and I had a wonderful stay here. The home was very clean, well laid-out, with everything you may need from bicycles to pool toys to an ice cream scoop. Don the owner was always available for anything we needed, which wasn’t much! The neighbourhood was very quiet; we enjoyed listening to the birds in the morning in the backyard. What a beautiful property. We’ll definitely be back. Thanks Don!

I normally do not participate in the reviews. However, this was an extremely frustrating two weeks. The neighborhood was far less than favorable. One neighbor was a complete nuisance. Several days, and nights he was in the street shouting expletives, trying to provoke a fight with his neighbors. He had at east 4 junks vehicles in his front yard an carport. The automobiles on the street were so loud you felt you were in NASCAR garage. The advetised bicycles were unusable, the TV set-up was a shamble. I could go on, but suffice it to say that we will not use this address again.

This functional and well equipped house offers everything you might need. Awesome pool with floats, plenty of towels and outdoor entertainment. Comfortable beds and 5 min away from Siesta Key Beach. Property manager Don is great. Easy to reach and very attentive. Looking forward to staying here again
