We enjoyed our stay at Ervin’s. The property was clean and neat and well organized. We didn’t use the pool or any of the amenities. The property was as pictured. Ervin was very quick to respond and communicated effectively. The location of the property was ideal. We were about 10-15 minutes from everything we wanted to do. The beaches were a short drive away. We would definitely stay here again.

The condo was just as described, and the check in/check out process was easy. Would have preferred that the thermostat not be limited to 70 degrees (didn't need to set it at 65 degrees but a few degrees cooler would have been appropriate), but other than that, it was great.

The condo was perfect. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and the atmosphere was very relaxing after a long day of exploring the nearby Coquina Beach and Siesta Key. Beds were comfortable, showers hot, and tvs were easy to use. Thank you for a wonderful condo to create our memories.
