Spring Break

This is a small studio but worked for 2. Great location on island. Beach right across street and easy walk to multiple restaurants and shops. Thought the sneezing and sinus that started Day 1 was just allergies since we have not had spring yet. However after 3 days with meds and no relief I found the HVAC closet to see that the filter had not been changed in months or more and was caked with dust and dust throughout the closet. Office did not have correct replacement and told me they would get one that day. I had to go buy one as never heard back. Great location but needs better cleaning and daily upkeep- maintenance

Nice place to stay

Place was clean, close to all the restaurants, grocery stores, and you walk across the street like 10 steps and you’re at the beach. The bay is right behind the complex and you can see sunrise from there. Has clean pool and hot tub that’s cleaned everyday. Has a beautiful balcony with the view of ocean as well. Recommend

The resort is clean and close to the beach. I would have liked the walk to the beach a little closer especially crossing the curved road, it could be challenging to cross with family.

Great property in a perfect location!

The Beach Club was a perfect place to stay in Anna Maria Island! The check-in process was easy and the room was clean and as advertised. The beach entrance is just across the street and the rooftop patio was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view!

Perfect beach-view getaway

Traveling solo, I found this one room bungalow to be the perfect fit. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot, and the rooftop patio overlooking the beach was the perfect way to kick back and relax in the evening with a cocktail. I made my own. There is no bar on the property.

Island Fun

Location of this rental was great and right across from the public beach access. Roof top patio was great and we spent many hours lounging there. Room was simple but just what we needed for the two of us. One thing that could have been better was to have a place to put our clothes, we lived out of our suitcase for the week. Otherwise the rental was just what we needed😊

Great Stay!

Place is very nice and cozy, perfect for a couples getaway. Great location right across from the beach. Great outdoor patio area with great view. Staff at the office were very nice! The only issue we had was the bed was not very comfortable for either one of us.

All you need in one place

It may look small in photos but it has more than enough space for two people to comfortably relax. Plenty of towels and basics provided. Kitchen has basic utensils and such for cooking but no containers for leftovers or basic seasonings so keep that in mind if wanting to cook. Wifi connection was great. Pool and beach access was excellent as well. Bed is a little firm and pillows didn't offer much support but was generally comfortable. Overall wouldn't hesitate to stay there again for our next trip.

Not as advertised

Upon arrival, there was no one there to check us in even though the office was supposed to be open. Just keys in an open box with our name on an envelope. Not secure at all!!! Picture is not accurate on website. TV had no volume and had to call and talked to a woman that could have cared less. Overall, not a good experience. And the tennis courts and rental bikes are 5 miles away and you are not right on the beach, you have to cross a busy road. Room appeared clean, but I was sitting on the loveseat (that is not in the picture) and dropped my pen. Had to move the loveseat and was completely grossed out by what was under it and the corner of the bed we had to move. Love finding a dirty band aid! There was also no one available to check out with and had to hand keys to the cleaning folks that did not speak English. Will not be staying here again!

Unit was clean. Mattress was soft, ceiling fan, wobbled, and noisy. Stay was OK. Planned to rebook. Received Quote from manager and unit put on hold, everything was in place. Told booking agent would call us back. Agent (Corby) called back, but would Not Honor quote given and wanted more money $$. Did not rebook, disappointed.

Perfect spot - beach time and all.

Super convenience as you literally walk out the door, and over to the beach access. Such a great location, not too busy and the staff was wonderful to talk with. We woke up in the morning, went for beach walks, sand dollars in hand each time... walked down to the shops for breakfast and had bikes delivered for a day of cruising the town. Will be back. :)

Christmas 2022

We had scheduled for a 3 night Christmas get away at the beach while visiting family living in the area. As it turned out, it was the coldest Christmas we can remember in Florida so we never used the pool or hot tub or hung out on the sunset deck or made it to the beach. We stayed in Unit #12 an efficiency, well insulated in the center of the building on the second floor. It was a good choice for two people and a short term stay. We arrived on time and Alice was very helpful explaining about the property, the amenities available and the area. The unit was very clean and all the appliances we used worked well including the heat. We were impressed that even a small unit had it's own stack washer/dryer and think that would be nice if staying longer or spending time at the beach. The unit was quiet but no one was staying on either side of us. Inside the unit the Murphy bed we expected had been replaced with a queen bed which kind of dominates the open floor space. the bed it self was a bit soft for our taste but comfy and we slept well. There was a small couch for watching TV, a couple night stands and table and chairs for eating. Lots of towels and cooking/eating utensils for two. The outside walkway also had a table and chairs but it was too cold to use them. Our only real complaint was the presence of an ashtray on one outside table that was partially filed with cigarette butts. No idea why it was there. We eventually moved it in front of an empty unit after no one emptied it or seemed to be using it. All in all a nice place to stay and will definitely consider again .

Anniversary getaway
