Pool is nice; property is very clean.

The property was very clean. The master bedroom is a full not a queen as advertised and there was no comforter that we could find. The pool and spa is excellent and the beach is quite pretty.

San Remo

We always enjoy our stay at San Remo! We love sitting on the patio and our view of the gulf. The property is always clean and well maintained, the people are friendly, and the pool is large. We are also in walking distance to a lot of wonderful restaurants and stores. A wonderful place to relax and restore.

Beautiful and clean but parents of young toddlers/children, beware

Our only (but significant) complaint: The condo door which leads outside outside cannot be locked from inside the condo. Therefore our toddlers and children could just open the door and go out of the condo at any point. It is extremely dangerous to stay there with young children.

We have stayed in San Remo a couple of times and love the location! This particular unit had a lovely view of the pool and Gulf. Conveniently located and comfortable. Decor is a bit heavy and dark, doesn’t say “beach” but the beach, pool and town outweigh that.

Enjoyable stay

We enjoyed our stay at San Remo, we had a nice view of the ocean and could hear the waves even though the unit wasn’t “on the beach”. We did have a few maintenance issues come up, but they were resolved very quickly. The only negatives that I would cite are that the master bed mattress is due replacing and that the TV/DVD setups need attention.

Great place to stay

The property was very clean and decorated so nicely with a beach theme. We couldn't check in until after the office closed, but the office left detailed instructions on my mobile phone telling me what to do and called the next day to be sure we got in okay. The only complaint I had was that I didn't get any information regarding what to do when we checked out as to what we needed to be done. I had asked on the phone about it and was told I would receive a text or e-mail, but I only received one saying click on this link when ready to check out. When I did, it said great you are checked out.

Check in disappointment

This property was beautiful and well kept. The pool was on the small side but close. Check in was a bit of a disappointment, partly my own fault; we got into town too early, I called and asked if we could check in early and was told no, check in was 4. So we killed time for 6 hours. When we got to the property at 350, I was told the room still wasn't ready and had to wait til nearly 5. By then, we were hot and grouchy.

Very clean overall , well stocked kitchen. Nice unit for 4....would not book for more than 4..... Staff was friendly, helpful and sweet. I wish we had closer beach access, but overall a great place for the cost.

The house was clean and just like the pictures showed wasn't very far from the beach .

The stay we had was great just what we needed we only had 2 hickups one was we arrived late afterhours the office closed . They called and left a message but gave us a wrong number to call so we had to drive around and find office which delayed getting to house even later . And the second one was the person called the beach service while we were in office to arrange our chairs and umbrella when we arrived at beach we were not on list so had to return to office to fix that as well . However the house was great and just as the pictures show not very far from beach

The condo was such a great value for the wonderful accommodations. It was perfect for our family.

The condo was very clean, had comfortable beds, and included a fully equipped kitchen. There was cable in both bedrooms and the living room. It was a short 5 minute drive to the beach where chairs and an umbrella waited for us. The beach was beautiful and had the prettiest water I’ve seen in the U.S.. Of course, being right on the beach is always great, but because the realtor’s main office was next to the beach access, we had great parking access to the beach, restaurants, and shops. You can’t beat this deal with what you get for the money. Thank you for a great trip to Santa Rosa beach. We hope to visit again soon.

Cute place but housekeeping needs a boost.

Let's start with the negative and end on a positive note. Im giving 3 stars because of housekeeping. I'm not quite sure when the last time the entire place was vacuumed. After five minutes of walking barefoot, our feet were black and sandy. The rugs near the sides of the bed were sandy as well. I had to re-wash all the towels under the bathroom sink due to two sandy bath towels. I would have called housekeeping but it was after 11 p.m. PLEASE, PLEASE, replace the bath towels that are stained. It looks like rust? I'm not sure, but no one wants to use stained towels. Behind the guest toilet where the trash can is, it is disgusting.... Hair, dust, sand, please clean that up. Something else I did not like was having to drive past the property, a few miles down to check in. Ok, may not be that big of a deal to most, but I didn't dig it. Lastly, the pool was like bath water. No cooling off there. Yall, this really is a cute little place away from the busyness. Once we arrived at checkin, the ladies were so sweet and helpful. They answered all my questions! 100 A+ for customer service!! Once we arrived at the townhome, our code did not work. A quick call to the main office and she was able to help me and got us right in. We experienced some wifi issues and I called the main office. She immediately put in a work order and within 45 minutes BOBBY showed up. Very professional. Nice as could be yall. A+ again! Top Notch customer service overall! Yall are doing a great job making customers feel like we are number one! Thank you.

Clean and convenient

Toilet seat was broken and the dishwasher was full of water but both were repaired the day after calling to report the problem. Property management staff was friendly and helpful. Check in and out was easy.
