Featuring 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with a sleeper sofa capable of sleeping up to 6 people and offers brand new plank tile flooring, updated kitchen & bathrooms, and a cozy lanai space to enjoy the spectacular views. This condo also allows for one dog (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions), so pack your bags, bring the dog, and come enjoy this coastal paradise and all the treasures that Sanibel has to offer!

Condo amenities include: 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms -- 1 King bed, 2 Twin beds & 1 pull-out sleeper sofa (sleeps 6), Smart TVs (streaming only), WIFI available, fully equipped kitchen, heated shared pool, in suite washer & dryer, public BBQ gas grills, shuffleboard, community tennis courts, elevator access. Bed linens and Bath towels included. Pets Considered (1 Dog, 25 lb. weight Limit. No exceptions). This unit comes stocked with beach chairs, beach towels and an umbrella.
