The hotel was probably nice when it was first built . Good views and close to the warf but Now it’s outdated , even the upgrades or remodels they’ve done are not good quality, poorly done. Almost no amenities except for the coffee maker in your room. Not enough parking for guests had to pay extra to park 3 blocks away. Sidewalk and street is littered with garbage everywhere , many homeless hanging out across the street. For the same price you can stay at a luxurious hotel in the city and just walk or take a ride to where you want to go. Will never stay here again unfortunately. Pictures online look way better than it does in person. They need to close down and actually update their property to modern standards and then they could charge more for the location alone. I’ve stayed in many hotels around the city so far this one was most disappointing. Price is not worth what you get. If you’re used to staying in dirty motel 6’s you might like this place. The staff was nice atleast !

Bed was very comfortable, I was very disappointed that when I got there they told me there was no parking and I had to find somewhere for my car around the neighborhood. I ended up paying over $60 to park.

Comfortable and clean

The Wharf Inn is right near all the attractions on Fisherman's Wharf. The hotel was under renovation but was still clean and comfortable. Would stay there again.

Good location walkable to wharf, Chinatown and little Italy. The room was dark the only window was facing the wall of adjoining building. The corridors and walkways extremely dirty. They do have posted throughout the facility to excuse any inconvience they are remodeling

Decided to stay here since it was a five minute walk to the pier and close to other areas like little Italy and Ghirardelli square. The actual room was pretty clean and well kept, the bathroom was clean just a little outdated. The property itself was in okay condition but definitely needs some TLC. The staff was very nice and accommodating, our flight got cancelled so we arrived about 6 hours later than we planned but they were very communicative with me to ensure our room was still available and kept our luggage safe while we waited for our flight going home 5 hours after we checked out. It was comfortable and safe enough, some homeless but during the day or early evening there’s lots of folk walking around (:
