We had a wonderful stay. The views, especially of sunset, cannot be beat. The house is very spacious and comfortable, and well stocked with beach gear. We didn't need to contact the hosts with any issues during our stay, but they checked in several times over text and were very helpful.

Absolutely amazing space. The kitchen is well supplied, the beds are very comfortable, and the view is remarkable. The location is just right. The walk to Pacific Beach is very reasonable, but Mission Beach is a little quieter. Had the best experience of both.

Stay was great. Good location, views were amazing. Everything as advertised. Only thing missing was the privacy wall on the left side of the patio. It was listed in the photos but not present at the site. Other than that the place was very clean. The only other unfortunate thing is that the master bedroom is not a king whereas the other bedroom is a king. Not a major issue but did keep my wife and I in the room with the smaller bathroom area with no beach view. However the place is great and would recommend.

Great option for family get-a-way!

Well-maintained, well-stocked property with a very proactive owner. Wonderful location close to great restaurants, especially for breakfast and coffee. Quiet part of Mission Beach. Nice deck for evening cocktails or morning coffee.

Beautiful View

Great location only steps to the beach. Location description and amenities were exactly as advertised. We loved the amount of windows, views from so many spots, and the bonus of having a fireplace for the chilly nights! Communication was top notched and we would highly recommend this rental.

Wonderful Mission Beach Property

The house is well maintained, up-to-date, and clean! Convenient, walkable location. We parked the car and didn't drive during our vacation. This property is amazing and we'd definitely rent again.

Great Location!

Had a great vacation here. Steps off the beach and walking distance to all the action yet quiet enough to not be kept up at nite. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to a friend. Will be back again next year!

Condo at Mission Beach

Our stay at the condo was absolutely perfect. The description of the place was accurate and we had plenty of room. So close to the beach yet off the main street made it really nice because you had some privacy from people who walk, jog and bike along the path. I would definitely stay here again! Excellent if you love to surf. Restaurants and shopping and rentals all within a two minute walk.

Great Locations

We took a quiet vacation to San Diego. This place was perfect. We surfed during the day, and took sunset strolls on the boardwalk at night. The owner was very prompt with handling our reservations and returning our security deposit. The property was clean and comfortable. There is a great patio, where we grilled out every night. We are planning a return visit this Autumn.

Once again a dream

Booked an impromptu stay for 3 nights for my birthday. Just a great place to stay in San Diego. Place had kitchen and dining area remodeled since last stay and just makes for even more top notch beach accommodations. Location is perfect for Mission Beach and surrounding areas of San Diego. If you want to relax, enjoy beach life, and still sight see, this is the place. Owner has obviously put some serious effort into making this a nice rental. Comfortable!!!!

Fun for everyone

Great stay as expected. Accommodations were top notch, well cared for and super clean! The owner really cares about the renters having a comfortable and enjoyable stay. All of the pre stay info was very informative. The condo is outfitted very well for sleeping 6 comfortably, and provides for a very convenient location to everything in San Diego. My children had a blast and loved the boogie boards provided by the owner. We will definitely want to stay at the property again, and would recommend it to all my friends and family. Thanks for the wonderful accommodations!!!

We were extremely satisfied with this rental. It's so close to everything Mission Beach and Mission Bay has to offer with Pacific Beach just a a walk away. Beautiful sunsets could be seen from the patio or by walking just a few feet to the beach. The house was perfect and met all our needs for cooking and BBQ. Storage for other things was more than sufficient. We had a GREAT week at this house and are already looking at calendars to go again! Thanks so much!!

Not worth the price

The place has so many ant and we look for the vacuum we couldn’t find any. I called the management and then they said there’s one in the closet. I look for it and I couldn’t find it. I text him back and they said they will send another one next day, and they never did and then we realize electric shortage next to the apartment I texted management And they will send someone I waited more than two hours in my car with my kids. No one showed up. I got really tired and my kids so force ourselves to go into the apartment and spend the night early. We pack our luggage and leave the apartment and then I texted management That I left the apartment for this reasons and the only response from management or you’re not coming back that’s unprofessional ..expensive for no reason

Great spot to stay

The home was well appointed, and included beach equipment. You are about 40 paces from the sand! The breeze that's flows through the walkways is nice. The patio made for good entertaining. We shopped along Mission Blvd, lots of restaurants to choose from, and all were accessible by a motorized chair. Driving around is not recommended, due to heavy beach traffic. Much better to walk or bike the strand, either ocean or bayside.

Perfect Spring Break Getaway

This cute condo was just what the doctor ordered. Comfortable beds, nice kitchen, space for everyone and a great location. We loved the high tech and super smart microwave. ;) Owner was extremely accommodating and easy to work with. We loved the area, the restaurants (breakfast at the Boardwalk, Happy Hour at the Wave House), bike rentals from Kruiser King and a Bon fire on the bay (beach fire guy). We were traveling with our retired parents and dogs and everyone was happy, content and had a good time! Can't wait to book another getaway!
