No help with luggage. They showed pictures that the hotel was next to the ocean, was over a freeway. Advertised room service, had none. Charged for parking. Had only Pepsi On hate Pepsi, I drink diet coke. When we arrived tired, no bell hops, had to wait for luggage rack to appear and do it ourselves. BAD!!!!!

Courtyard Mission Valley is excellent

I was a week in a conference and the hotel was excellent. At the beginning I got a room facing to the highway and it was s bit noisy. I asked for a change and immediately got another room very quiet and comfortable.

The staff here really made us feel like we were one big family. I did have a list of names of those I've come to know while we were there (for about a month) but I lost it. Thank you guys (you all know who you are, even the people that work over at the dining area) for your kindness and generosity!

I regret booking here I have came here 2 years ago and a lot of things have changed the staff is horrible would not let me in the front door. At 5am. I called ahead of time to tell them I’m getting in early they said yes. They made me wait 2 hours with my 1 year old daughter. The room was dirty the area filled with homeless people dirty lobby dirty parking

An ok stay.

There was a baby crying at all hours for two nights of our stay. I didn’t complain. Because I know what it’s like to be a parent, but it was awful. I was up at 11 p.m., 1 AM and 3 AM. Also, the elevator seem to be working sometimes and questionable other times. And the air conditioner wasn’t very good and made my sinuses react badly.
