This place is a complete dump. Dirty and disgusting. I refused to stay and went and found another hotel. Would never recommend this place.

This property is extremely dirty inside and out. When we got into the room after a late check in at 8:45pm, it looked used. There was open soap on the sink and garbage in the cans. The office closed at 9pm and we had no option other than to make the best of it. The floors and walls were stained and dirty. There were holes in the walls and several areas that had been patched but not painted. I did not feel safe here and would never recommend a stay here by anyone. There is zero attention to detail and I could not believe how dirty the place was inside and out.

Our room was absolutely filthy. Hair in the sheets, all over the floor, in the “clean” towels. There was no toilet paper or hand soap in the room. When the curtains were pulled back there was mud smeared all over the window. After complaining to the man at the front desk, he did not seem to care at all. Simply said “I’m sorry” and explained there was nothing he could do because we had paid through Travelocity. Would NOT recommend anyone stay here.

Had to change rooms - three times - two rooms smelled of piss. Carpets are grungy. Bathroom floor definitely did not get a good cleaning after every guest. No hairdryer. No iron. Rooms DO NOT look like the ‘purple boutique hotel’ photos on line.
