Well first off this hotel wasnt anything like the one in hotel circle. It was dirty. Couldnt access the internet.abd i tried to wash some clothes and they got messed up vecausexof there wasking machines.. it was so bad that i chcked out an hour after i checked in. All they would say is i have to go threw travelosity to get my money back. I asked them if they had a compkant box they said nope i would have to do it threw the internet. For the money they charge for a room it should of been way better

I didn't like that there was no available luggage carts, room service, working TV or safe in the room and working fridge downstairs with bottled water. I paid a premium price to stay at the 2 bedroom suite and I don't feel that the quality of service and availability of the above matched up right. Next time I will choose to stay else where.

There was never a mention about paying for parking at this hotel when this was booked. Please be aware of this. It $45 a day!!!

The hotel itself is quite good. Very nice accommodation BUT since I bought my car with me, their parking lot was full even if I valet my car. They were not helpful and I almost wanted to cancel my stay. Took me more than an hour of looking for a street parking. I would NOT recommend this hotel if you bring in your car.
