My husband and I had a great stay. The only cons I had was the parking situation $50 a night for vallet, construction in the area, and the near by church bells start going off at 6 am.

Room and bathroom/shower was super clean. breakfast was actually good, They made the items fresh each day. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The front desk always had freshwater fruits and in the evening they had like a little appetizer with sourdough cheese olives everything was super delicious. There were some homeless people in front of the hotel across the street but overall for a hotel in the middle of downtown I felt very safe. At a certain time, they would lock the front desk and you could only go in through a key card as well as the elevators. If I am staying in San Antonio again, I would definitely stay here and the price is great. Having the kitchenette was awesome. I could reheat leftovers, toast, and bread for breakfast and have a little fridge for some waters and beverages.

Room was not ready even we have reservation.in the evening we could not get a seat at the restaurant because we had no reservation which is understood but we asked for a cup of coffee only we did not want to eat we were asked to go to the bar and at the bar we were told they have only expresso for the bar no coffee. In anyone book this bad service. 2 Ladys were at the front desk standing doing nothing.
