Great place to stay while visiting Rome

10/10. This was a perfect place to stay while visiting Rome. Felize was great with communication and the space was exactly as advertised. We used local transportation from the airport and it was easy. When we arrived we were able to walk to the Colosseum (literally down the street) and then were able to travel all around the city on public transportation. After a long day of exploring we came back to a clean and cold room. There are lots of shops very near by for snacks, restaurants for food, gelato shops for an treat, and even a small grocery store to stock up on anything you might need. I would absolutely stay here again!

Overall we enjoyed staying at the location for Feliz in Roma as it was away from the busy tourist section of Rome and was set up in a safe environment. We had good communication from the hosts and they left a honeymoon gift to us of prosecco and chocolates in the room to welcome us which was thoughtful. Our biggest concern was when we arrived we had multiple aspects of our bathroom and towels in the room not cleaned properly. When we reached out about it they were quick to provide a solution of getting new and clean towels which we appreciated them to accommodate. If you’re looking for a stay away from the busy tourist area but close enough to main sights of Rome this was a fun location!

We really enjoyed how close we were from the Colleseum and many other historical landmarks. The room was quaint but great for the 2 of us. Very clean, safe and quiet. Despite the language barrier, everyone we encountered were lovely. The only downside was the driver for the airport pickup being over 1 hour late, just a tab frustrating after a 12 hr flight.

Great Stay Near the Colosseum with Exceptional Ser

This hotel was a great find for our stay in Rome. It's within a 12-minute walk of the Colosseum and conveniently located near a bus station, which made it easy to reach other major sites like the Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps in about 15 minutes. The area is also filled with delicious and reasonably priced dining options, which made exploring even more enjoyable. The room was clean, comfortable, and came with thoughtful touches like snacks and a coffee maker—perfect for a quick breakfast before heading out for the day. One of the biggest highlights of our stay was the kindness of the property manager. We accidentally left our jackets behind, and they were incredibly helpful in getting them shipped back to us. Small gestures like that really leave a lasting impression. We’d absolutely stay here again on our next trip to Rome and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others looking for a welcoming and well-located place to stay.

Hosts were very kind and location was convenient. My family and I had some issues checking in since it was a self check-in process. Main issue was poor phone signal in the building if not connected to WiFi. We stayed for two nights and on our last day, the WiFi was not working. We tried to reset it but it did not help. Because of the lack of WiFi and poor phone signal, it was difficult to reach the host. I don’t believe this was the hosts’ fault, but I just wanted to explain our experience with the building.
