The room, though small by American standards, was lovely and quiet. The staff were extremely helpful after a long day of travel and directed me to a fabulous local restaurant just a few blocks away. The buffet breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This is a perfect spot for dropping into Rome. I will definitely stay here again on my subsequent trips.

The room was very comfortable and like the rest of the hotel quite refined. The breakfast options were a bit limited but still really good value. Would have no hesitation booking again as the location is perfect for anyone visiting Rome as a tourist

Excelente ubicación a una cuatra de la terminal de tren Termini. Zona muy tranquila y hay restaurantes cerca.Pudimos rentar el auto en termini todo cerca . Nos atendió una chica surper amable me gustó todo ,muy cómodo y limpio tenía piso y no alfombras los Cuarto con olor agradable el desayuno bueno el ascensor moderno ,en fin vendría de nuevo lo recomiendo

The staff were courteous and efficient. The room itself was clean, the bed comfortable, the tv a bit wonky but okay. The bathroom however, is woefully inadequate. The toilet flushes very reluctantly and very little, the handheld shower is cumbersome and there’s no shower curtain so water goes everywhere. And it’s a slippery bathtub rather than a proper shower. There’s little counter space for toiletries. The breakfast was very good but the breakfast room cannot easily accommodate the large number of guests in this large hotel. The staff worked gallantly to try to keep up, but there wasn’t enough food and long lines for coffee. The neighborhood was nice but there was one character walking back and forth for two days trying to snatch belongings from tourists. A restaurant worker told us that he is a regular thief in the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel if visiting Italy. It is very conveniently located near the train and bus terminal and many restaurant options! Staff was so professional and accommodating and the included breakfast was a huge bonus!

A nosotros nos toco una habitación confortable y limpia esta ok por el precio y muy cerca de la terminal. El unico problema fue al liquidar el hotel la chica de la recepción que nos atendio fue muy grosera creo su nombre era Liliana, no explicaba bien, de mal modo nos hablo y hasta su propio compañero de la recepcion le dijo que se calmara. Todo hubiera estado perfecto a excepción este suceso.

not too bad!!

The bad reviews had me really apprehensive but i think they were a bit harsh! The hotel is clean, in a good location and with lovely staff. The photos are a bit misleading and certain elements such as the hairdryer are extremely outdated. Most of my issues are regarding the shower - not having a proper fixture to the wall or a shower curtain is a bit of an inconvenience, and in the last few days we had issues with it cutting out and not working properly. Overall had a good experience staying here but i wouldnt consider it a 4* hotel

This hotel is only 1 block from the Roma Termini, which is exactly what we were looking for. It's not the most luxurious hotel, but we were gone all day every day and just needed a room as a base camp to change, shower, and sleep. So, this met our needs perfectly. The staff was super friendly and accommodating with any requests.
