Comfy and Cozy

The house was great. However, no fault of the house, our stay was not. Rain every day, very hard at times, meant we could not go to the beach or enjoy the hot tub. However, we were very comfy knitting and reading. We searched for the usual information notebook and could not find one. We had to leave two days early for medical reasons, so did not get the request to strip the beds until we were home. I think we did everything else that was requested. We had to search for the place to leave the garbage. Written instructions in the house would be a big help. These are minor issues. You could not control the weather. And our drive home was lovey with the sun breaking through the clouds and a full rainbow over the ocean. Loved the house and would like to return some day.

Rockaway getaway

Really nice quality condo. Has everything you need and more for the beach. Nice, well stocked kitchen. Hot tub was great, large 4 person with lots of jets. Barbeque worked great. Nice location for Rockaway. After walking across highway 101 the trail leads directly in front of split rock. Got nice pics at sunset! Great time! Beautiful grounds and property, as it was refreshing to wake up and walk around there. It is great for both families and dogs! Everything was clean, plenty of room, and many things provided! We swept the back porch as it can collect alot of debris from trees and bark bits. The hottub was a plus, but a couples jets werent working. When we figured out how to work it, some debris & pine came out. Luckily a hand net was provided. We got out most of what we could get. Aside, a very positive stay! Thank you! :)

Reading break surf trip

We were very excited upon arrival to the house- the location was fantastic for us, and the house was larger and brighter than anticipated. Everything was great, but we did notice that there were plenty of partially washed dishes put away and the throw blankets could use a wash. Overall, very satisfied with our stay! Beautiful little town and for a great price :)

We were very much looking forward to a beach get away but an extreme weather storm hit the metro area that prevented safe travel to/from the beach. We reached out to try to change our reservation or get some sort of accommodation but were met with rigid rules and no consideration for safety or customer satisfaction. I cannot rate the house as we were never there but am giving the host a 1 star rating (would have given 0 if it was an option) due to their lack of consideration. Please read reviews about hosts as you select your property to reserve as many hosts get great reviews - this host is not one of those!

Perfect in every way☀️❤️

Four generations of spending our summers in Rockaway Beach. This is by far at the top of my list to stay again. This trip was for my sons 16th birthday and this property has all the luxuries of home and more. A close short walk to the beach directly across from the twin rocks, the lake is easy to access and the big tree trail is in walking distance too. Thank you for sharing your beautiful property with us🤗 can’t wait to come back!!

Great location and amenities! Loved the hot tub although it could have been cleaned a little better! Short walk to the beach and awesome paddle board and kayaks for paddling around in the lake. Definitely would rent this place again!

A great place to relax

We enjoyed our stay a great deal. The location is great near the lake and the short walk across the highway got us to an empty beach. I do appreciate the acceptance of dogs because I know that can be difficult for owners.

Perfect Beach House

This was our first family vacation to Rockaway Beach. My husband and I used to come here as kids. The house is in a perfect location. The owners have everything you could need here. We tried the kayaks on the lake and the kids played with the sand toys. The beach is a short walk and the sunsets are gorgeous. We would definitely recommend this place to families.
