It was very comfortable and very clean. Sometimes they serve breakfast sandwiches on their breakfast buffet. The hotel met all my needs and is very reasonable.

Within less than 24 hours our room was intruded. They left behind pubic hairs on our bathroom wall. There were ants coming from the ac unit near the window (only assume they entered because it’s been raining for days). We switched rooms three times. Three times someone entered our room without our permission. I asked front desk if maid was in our room the man at the counter said, “No, we don't have maid service today.” He then gave us a different room. Second time we changed rooms because it was visible someone again entered when we were gone our belongings were moved around but nothing stolen. I am extremely angry given we chose this hotel because we are homeless. For your company to allow that behavior and take advantage of someone at their lowest is disgusting.

Front desk person who checked me in couldn't have handled me better. Rooms are obvious completely remodeled from ground up everything is new Microwave and fridge very convenient for me. I purchase premade meals at wegmans , so one they wont go bad and two i dont have to go to lobby to heat up Thanks to the staff

Mattress was good. Security slide lock on door was broken. I let them know and it was repaired that day. Walk in shower was extremely slippery. No toilet paper holder. No fresh towels, Kleenex replenishment or quick clean was done for my two-night stay. Single door into adjoining room had no sound barrier. People checking in, chatting, toilet flush, seemed like it was in my room.
