"Take It Easy' is a 3 bedroom 2.5 bath home located right across the dedicated beach in St. Joe Beach with beach access directly across from the home. Enjoy spectacular beach views from the comforts of the living room. The Bose surround sound system makes movie night even more spectacular. Cooking for the family is a breeze in the large fully stocked kitchen equipped with every small appliance you can dream of. The large master bedroom includes a King size bed, enjoy tv time with a bose sound system. Double vanity, stand up shower and large garden tub give a luxurious feel in the master bathroom. The 2 guest bedrooms are joined together with a Jack and Jill bathroom offering a tub/shower combo. Guest bedroom 1 offers a double bed along with a tv & DVD player. Guest bedroom 1 twin bed & 1 double bed with tv & DVD player. Enjoy the coastal breeze from the newly built deck with seating for 9 along with a propane gas grill. This home has everything to make your beach vacation a success with a beach wagon, beach chairs and umbrellas located in the storage shed inside of the fenced in back yard. Amenities, location and privacy are what makes this home so special.
