Great Property!

We enjoyed our stay. It’s in a great location at Windmark and beautifully decorated. It’s within walking distance.to the beach but we rented a golf cart to get to the pool and The Mill. Great restaurants at The Mill. You never have to leave Windmark if you don’t want to. The screened back porch could use a ceiling fan and more linens (pillow cases, an extra sheet, blanket for the pull out bed, hand towels) but the house was spotless! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

Great Place!

Great house close to the beach.. we rented a gilf cart fo cruising around the neighborhood..Wonderful trails, nice pool, great dog park..The beach isn't super crowded and was really nice for our young grandchild. Love Brunos' Pizza!.. Nice, relaxing, quiet place to stay..

Had Everything We Needed

Home was clean and comfortable. Great location to downtown PSJ for dining and shopping. Rode bikes to the beach and pool. We would definitely recommend and return again in the future.

Great VRBO

This home was just perfect for my husband, our 23 year-old daughter, and myself. We had plenty of room! Although there were only three of us, it could easily sleep 8 comfortably. The home is a very short walk to the beach area. As others have mentioned- not the best beach. We actually made the 20 minute drive to Cape San Blas a couple of times (try the sandbar area there). There are Audi kayaks and paddle boards to regroup there. We shop went to St. George Island one day. It’s really nice. Do yourself a favor and try Blue Parrot for an authentic seafood meal while at SGI. We also loved Joe Mama’s Pizza at PSJ. We tried Provisions our last night and it was also good! Bike riding over to the pool area was fun. It’s really not walkable from the VRBO, but the bike ride was perfect. We thought the little city center was very nice. A great week!

Port St Joe Stay

The property is as advertised. It's a newer housing area with a very short walk to the beach. We stayed here specifically because we had a dog and the beach is pet friendly. It was great for our dog.

Perfect getaway

My husband, myself, and another couple rented this house for the week. Quaint little neighborhood right at the beach access and convenient to downtown. We did enjoy one day at the pool, I thought the daiquiri bar was a great treat too! The house had everything we needed to even invite some local friends over for dinner cooked at the house. Very nice and accommodating place!

Breeze

Our family had a great experience at this property. Everything was as described. We drove down to Mexico Beach and Cape San Blas a couple of the days for prettier water on the beach. The beach by the house was very close and rarely busy but the water wasn’t as expected. However, that is no reflection of the property. It was very clean, spacious and had everything we needed for a convenient beach trip!

Great house close to the bay!

The house was perfect for a quick getaway with girlfriends. The walk to the beach was easy and the rental had chairs, umbrella and beach wagon to make things simple. The property management team was excellent and texted with us on the day of arrival to ensure we had what we needed. The 2 beds were super comfortable. There were 2 pull out sofa beds to accommodate other guests but these were tough to sleep on as the mattress was thin. We had a great time and enjoyed the rental!

Great place!

Loved our stay at “Breeze”. The house is brand new, very clean and close to everything we wanted to do. It is located in a great community and the amenities are top notch. The pullout couch in the third bedroom is a bit uncomfortable for adults, but would be just fine for kids. Thank you so much for hosting and we hope to visit again!

Nice 2 bedroom/ 2 bath house, with a small study with sleeper sofa that could possibly be used as a third bedroom. Pool was much farther than expected. I don’t think toddlers or small children could make the walk. Pool is only about 4 feet deep in the deep part, which made it more relaxing for me since I didn’t feel like I had to constantly watch the kids. This is of course not the house’s fault, but the biggest disappointment for the kids was the beach. The water was brown and there were no waves for the kids to play in. We ended up driving 30 minutes each day to the state park at Cape San Blas for swimming. Download speeds on the wifi dropped significantly the last night we were there, to the point that it was impossible to watch the ROKU TV. I do not know if this was a fluke or something to do with the internet plan and the fact that we were there at the end of the month. On the plus side, there are lots of lovely paved trails for biking and jogging, the on-site restaurant is good, and the neighborhood is very nice and quiet. One other note: Mosquito trucks came by in the evening to spray mosquito fog throughout the neighborhood. The first time we saw them we were riding our bikes. I am sure the fog is safe, but it was still a bit unnerving to see my children breathing in the mosquito fog as the truck went by. We stopped riding our bikes in the evenings after that.

House was fine. Not as clean as I expected. The pool & beach access is a long walk. So with kids we had to drive each time. Which is inconvenient for us. The trash @ the pool was over flowing our whole 5 days we stayed. Not much souvenir shops.. we ended up driving the extra hour for Panama..

Nice place

The house is new construction, with comfortable beds, well-equipped kitchen and beach gear. The couch could be more comfortable. The neighborhood was safe and quiet. The beaches on Cape San Blas are nicer than the ones nearby and worth the 30 min drive.
