Beautiful Petoskey Home w/Large Deck, Hot Tub and Fire Pit!

This 2400 square foot private 4 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfectly located above the Bay View Country Club & Golf Course. With an expansive deck, grill, hot tub and fire pit, you can enjoy the beautiful setting, and are only a few minutes from downtown Petoskey.

The first level of the home offers a very spacious living room, fully furnished with large windows and tons of natural sunlight. A 50' flat screen smart TV sits above the fireplace where you'll able to enjoy streaming and cable TV with free wifi throughout the home!

In the kitchen you’ll find large windows, granite countertops, the cupboards fully stocked with dishes, pots and pans, utensils, a toaster, griddle, cutting boards and more! We also provide coffee, filters and assorted creamers!

There is a king size bed in the master bedroom, large dresser and large closet. The second bedroom also offers a king size bed and large closet. You'll find lamps with USB ports in both of these bedrooms along with sound machines. All bedding is provided in all bedrooms.

The first level also offers a full bathroom with a shower/jetted bathtub and is fully stocked with towels, washcloths, shampoo, conditioner and body wash.

You can access the large, fully furnished deck from the first level of the home or utilize the stairs from outside. You will also find a grill and a hot tub off to the side of the deck. Located off to the side of the house is a fire pit and chairs.

The third and forth bedrooms are located on the bottom level. The third bedroom offers a set of full size bunk beds, a single trundle bed and large closet. The forth bedroom is furnished with a full size bed, dresser and large closet. We also have a pack and play for the little ones and a queen size air mattress with bedding, if needed.

The second full bathroom offers a glass shower and a heated ceiling fan.

There is a second furnished living room downstairs with a fireplace and a 43" flat screen smart TV. The large laundry room is also located downstairs where you'll have access to a washer, dryer, laundry detergent and fabric softener.

There is also a large bonus room on the lower level with a 55" flat screen smart TV, a small refrigerator and a stash of board games! There is an electric base board heater located against one wall for the cold months should you choose to utilize this space!

The home sits up above the golf course and has a short but steep driveway. We do our very best to keep the drive clear during the winter months, however, for ease of access for our guests during the winter, all wheel drive is encouraged, if possible!

This truly is the perfect place for an up north getaway, all year round!
