Welcome to this charming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom rental in the desirable Avondale neighborhood.

As you enter, you will be greeted by a spacious living room with a cozy oversized sectional sofa. The fully-equipped kitchen and adjacent dining room with seating for four are perfect for family meals. A second living space, which doubles as a den, includes a TV, loveseat and double recliner – perfect for movie nights with the family!

The primary bedroom has a queen bed, the second bedroom a queen, and the third bedroom has twin over twin bunk beds. A bathroom with a bath/tub combo is conveniently located in the hallway.

The backyard is a dream for entertaining, with a covered patio and grill, a large picnic table and additional seating, and a small garden area. Two bikes are also available for guests to use.
