Nice place in an odd location.

Nice stay. The rooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable. The staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice with a good selection of Hoyt be cold foods. The only drawback was the location. Easy access to where I was going but definitely not a place to take a pleasant walk. Lots of traffic, but I had a room away from the traffic and never heard a sound.

Overall our stay here was fine. We came for the Zach Bryan concert and decided this was a good place to stay for a fair price that was close to the venue and the city of New York. Parking was always available outside so we never had to use the parking garage. Our room was clean and the beds were comfortable so I can’t complain about that, however, other things were just not right even for the aforementioned fair price. Our phone in the room did not work. We called the front desk on our personal phones and told them about this and nothing was done about it. We also asked for more towels and pillows and were told that they either weren’t available during the time we called or if they were available, we’d have to go downstairs to get them ourselves. The washroom did not have an exhaust fan so every time we took showers the washroom became a sauna. The door to the room also needed some force to fully close as it wouldn’t latch on its own. For the duration of our stay there was only one working elevator and even that wasn’t very reliable as it was very slow and completely skipped our floor (4th) many times while we waited. In conclusion, it was a fine stay and it served its purpose for our trip but even for the low cost, some basic hotel things you would come to expect weren’t there or not working and that would make us look elsewhere in the future.

The entire property is in shambles. Dirty parking garage with stinky hallways and busted up doors. The stairs we used in lieu of the sometimes non operating elevators were hot and smelly. Each floor was non air conditioned and the floors were dirty and old. The staff is very friendly and the room was nicely laid out. Breakfast is literally the worst ever provided in a hotel. The very cheapest version of every kind of food made it unedible. The Wi-Fi is spotty and weak. The surrounding area is sketchy and hard to navigate. It is clear that ownership puts the bare minimum amount of work and Money into maintaining this facility.

I don’t think i got my moneys worth for the room i had to stay in. It’s not what the pictures show. My room had material missing off the walls, the shower head was falling off and the pressure was so hard to shower in. I didn’t look forward to washing my hair. But the women who clean the rooms were so lovely!!
