"We stayed at this property for a retirement getaway with my family (mom, siblings spouses and children). In all, there were 7 adults and 7 children (between ages 2-17). We loved the house overall and could easily be a 5 star review, however, the pool alarm was such a massive headache. I understand and appreciate the need for the alarm and was grateful that it was installed because we had several small children staying there. But it doesn't function properly. Several times per day, it would go off (loud, incessant alarm beeping) despite the door being fully closed. Someone would have to run downstairs and hold their hand over the speaker to dull the noise while another person tried to align the sensors on the door to make it stop ringing. It was stressful and ultimately limited our ability to use the pool, grill, and bottom deck because it wasn't worth the risk. I called maintenance to fix it twice and still had issues. It was a beautiful, clean house that fit everyone very well. We would stay here again as long as that alarm gets fixed. "

"The home was comfortable and had plenty of space for our family reunion. There are plenty of rooms and bathrooms. The theater room and game room were super fun. The property is fairly secluded and quiet and it does have amazing views of the mountains. Fairly convenient access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Would definitely recommend this home for big groups."
