"The host was very responsive to all questions. The home had a nice deck, however we were only able to enjoy after the sun went down. The listing photo shows the deck with a gazebo covering the table, however that is an old photo as the covering is no longer there. The outdoor table had a hole in the middle for an umbrella which would have helped with the heat. The return air filters in the kitchen & upper level had not been changed in some time. The refrigerator in the kitchen has been leaking for some time & the floor showed the damage. We let the property manager know of both issues & they sent someone to check them out. The upper level bathroom has a rod & shower curtain which unfortunately has been raised so high that water ends up soaking the floor. We were able to adjust it down lower to prevent further damage. We had noticed the water damage in the ceiling in the master bedroom below that bathroom. The outside of the home could use some attention: lawn needed to be cut, bushes manicured, several cobwebs. Despite these issues we did enjoy our time there & would stay again if issues are addressed."
