It was a decent room nice and clean. But it was definitely not a handicap room. The only thing in there that remotely resemble handicap was the grab bars. And the one by the toilet was placed too far back. Also had to walk quite a ways to get to the room. Was hoping to be able to back up in front of the room and just easily unload that was not the case. A housekeeper came and brought us towels when we needed them but they were only there one other time in the days we stayed there.

This place has gone drastically down hill over the few years. We have been staying here every year around October for an annual event we attend. This year will be our last. After we checked in there was very little toilet paper on the roll with no spare in the bathroom. No shampoo and/or conditioner. The next morning when we were heading out for the day we called and asked for toilet paper and fresh towels. We got back in the evening, none was left. NO ONE AT THE DESK TO HELP AFTER 9pm. The next morning we left for coffee and asked again, none put in the room for us. Room also smelled like cigarettes. Even though we requested non smoking. Very Poor service! But as we were getting ready to leave they were quick to call us a few minutes after checkout time to ask us if we were getting ready to leave. We CAN NOT RECOMMEND Saddlewest and won’t be coming again!!

This property is older but clean. The room was very basic with older furniture and carpeting. There was no fridge or microwave. The only amenity provided was bar soap. However, as we arrived later and left early it suited our needs for one night.

an absolute disappointment checking in. Rush hour on a Saturday and the hotel has exactly one agent to check folks in for the entire resort. no friendly smiles or disposition from the poor woman stuck with doing “everything.” A colleague walks to the counter - looks over the line and decides that her associate needs no help to move the line along. It took us a 45 min wait on line and then the check in process is also painfully slow

Bed needs to be replaced. It was very uncomfortable. Stairs leading up to the second floor on section E need attention. Landing is a trip hazard and the walkways were bouncey. The hotel was nice just needs some attention to these items.

Better than what I thought

This stay was last minute, but customer service was amazing. From the outside look kind of scary, but as soon as I got to the room, the room is comfortable spacious and was perfect for our stay. A few things that probably need looked at like W-2 40 on the doors and the volume didn’t work on the TV the was minor. Not a big deal to me.
