Enjoy this one bedroom, one bath corner condo on the bottom floor, just a few hundred feet from the outdoor pool at Harbor Point! You'll love the screened in porch with a door that opens up to steps that go right down to the dock or the walkway over to the waterfront pool area. Inside you have a full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 4 seats at the breakfast bar. The living room offers a queen sleeper sofa for extra sleeping and a large flatscreen smart TV atop an electric fireplace. In the bedroom, you'll find a king size bed and another flatscreen smart TV. The bathroom features a tub/shower combo. While there is no washer and dryer available inside the condo, there is coin laundry on site. The complex offers a beautiful waterfront outdoor pool, basketball court and tennis court! Located down Nichols Road in Osage Beach, you're close to Casey's convenience store, Culvers, Arby's, Pablito's Taqueria, Cozy Cafe, The Pancake House and more!
