It's a beautiful house with FIVE bedrooms and FOUR and half bathrooms. Conveniently located in Campion Gate, only 5 minutes from Supermarkets and restaurants. 15 minutes from the parks. If you want to stay home, we have a private pool and also a walking distance adult and kids pool in the community.

Host cancelled at 12:25pm in the day of check in

Booked property 8/14/21. There was no communication from the host until the day before check in. I tried reaching him through the VRBO app and he was not responding. I used the VRBO chat feature and they gave me the hosts phone number. I called him and got a text that said “can I call you later”. I text back and told him who I was and told him we needed the check in information. He finally text me back 2 hours later with the house code. At 12:25pm on the day of check in he texted me saying “due to a water issue” he was unable to host us. And said we could call VRBO to help us get another property. He did refund our money, but of course he had very little time to find a new property before flying to FL. Very frustrating!
