You will be staying just a short ride away from worldwide entertainment options, including the most popular and visited one: Walt Disney World Resort (six and a half miles). This colorful, two-story townhouse is perfect for families, especially those traveling with children!

The enclosed patio features a private outdoor pool (which can be heated for a separate fee) secured by childproof gates and an outdoor dining area with plenty of patio chairs and an umbrella. The main living area is located on the first floor, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen are together. The kitchen is a delight and comes equipped with all the appliances and cookware needed to whip up delicious treats for the family. You can choose to enjoy them inside or dine alfresco. Gather around the flatscreen smart TV and stream your favorite series and movies, or take advantage of any of the board games available and spend a cozy evening at home. This level also hosts a laundry room with a washer/dryer combo for your laundry needs and a half bathroom.

Upstairs is where you will find all three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The bunk room is perfect for the kiddos! The primary bedroom has its own en suite full bathroom for added privacy.

Things to Know
The pool/spa do not come heated. We also only offer pool heat during the months of May-September for $32 / day. Please give a 3 day notice to add pool heat for your vacation.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
