There are lots of fees once you get in the property. I was aware of the resort fee of 28.58 but there’s also a $24 parking fee. They say they give you $25 spending a day but don’t specify how it works. Turns out even though you reserve a night 4pm-11am your credit only works for the calendar day so technically 4pm-11:59pm. All of this needs to be listed. If I was aware I could’ve picked a reservation better suited for my budget. I made the reservation for 248 and the bill ended up being 400 after everything which is insane. Super beyond budget and unexpected. I’d go as far as saying it was False advertising.

Rooms are cheap! Sorry! My bed had dead bugs and the water in shower wouldn’t go down. They changed my room for an “upgraded room” meanwhile it was the same room just in a different building and in there the shower had the same issue and the shower head was a pressure washer. Honestly just stay at the melia across the street.

View in the room was very poor. There was a tree outside the window in the bathroom drain sink drain very slowly. Housekeeping took out the old towels and did not replace them with clean towels didn’t empty the trash cans.

I prefer to say my stay, was not pleasant. However I have hope the hotel make the changes of the mattress very use that I laid and sinked. Horrible night! Also the restaurant inside the hotel served me a churrasco omg, chewed meet, not churrasco at all. Difficult to chew and digest. But like I said with the changes, it has potencial.
