Includes 4 themed bedrooms, for Big Mouse lovers, Dr Seuss and Lion King fans and one for those that never grow up. With a fenced private oversize swimming pool and spillover spa, in-home Star Wars movie theater and themed game room. It sleeps up to 18 and is less than 10 min from Disney with free shuttle services to themed parks. You'll enjoy your stay at home!

The space
This modern 8-bedroom home has 6.5 bathrooms that accommodates 18 guests with 13 beds. It’s perfect for families or groups traveling to Orlando to visit Disney and surrounding theme parks. This incredible resort home is located in Encore Resort at Reunion Community, one of Orlando’s most amazing resort-vacation destinations loaded with amenities, fun family activities, on-site restaurants and concierge services.

There is no daily housekeeping service but the unit will be thoroughly cleaned prior to check-in. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee ($325).

Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. The house is just as described. My family reallly enjoyed the property . The water park was fun and included. The only negative thing I would say is the temperature of the home. It got a little warm at night. But other than that, the stay was amazing.

great place for big groups

The house is great for a big group with kids. Very spacious, fun pool and outdoor area, and the arcade room was a hit. A few negatives are that almost all of the showers drain super slow and flood the bathroom. Also they don’t supply, kitchen towels or potholders/oven mitts (we purchased and left some there so hopefully future guests will now have them). We were given the wrong door code in the check in email, but the host was fast to respond with the correct code. Overall our family had a great time.

Great house but major critter issue

The house looks exactly as described, my only negative is the amount of roaches we came across. I’m from the south with a similar climate, but even for me, it was a lot. We called the property Mgmt shortly after checkin to request pest control, and they came the next day which was great, but we still had to buy our own Raid & sprays because they never stopped showing up in the kitchen and downstairs bedrooms. That hinders this from being a 5 star review. The amenities were great and the family loved the resort waterpark and shuttle to Universal. Perfect size rental for a family of 13 ranging in age from 9mos to 60yrs. Once the bug problem is fixed, this will truly be a great stay

Love the Themes

The home is beautiful with nice themed rooms. However, we did wish a few things were a little better. Check in: I never received the checkin email and had to call to inquire about checkin as we had not heard anything and it was about 20 minutes until checkin time. I was promptly sent the email after I called. Also had to email for checkout procedures as it was never sent. Upon checkin we noticed quite a few damaged items that we emailed about to make sure they were aware so it wouldn’t seem as if we did it. The couches and dining room chairs although a beautiful beige color is definitely in need of cleaning as they all have various stains on them. Loved the full sized dining room table that could seat 12. The game room was a nice touch and the kids enjoyed it. The kitchen - we were met with roaches while cooking. I did let property mgmt know because we saw them as soon as we arrived and they had someone come and spray the next day. However, it did not work as we killed a total of about 8 roaches, one in the upstairs bathroom but mainly in the kitchen cabinets and while cooking they were crawling out on the countertops which was very disappointing and frustrating. The kitchen is also in need of more cooking utensils. The bathrooms - thankfully the water gets very hot even with the many bathrooms. One of the stall doors was broken which we also made them aware of. Overall it was a decent stay minus having the continued issue with the roaches.

Spring break getaway

We have stayed at Encore for spring break two years in a row, and the entire Reunion area is the nicest resort complex in Kissimmee (and only a few miles from everything you might need- Publix, Walmart, CVS, etc.). Our kids are teenagers, and they enjoy the clubhouse amenities, including the water slides and basketball courts. Encore's water park can accommodate many people and not feel crowded like the shared areas in other resorts. As adults, we also enjoy the fact that we can access Reunion Resort's amenities, including the sushi bar in the main lobby of Reunion Grande. Our stay at this home was wonderful- the house is just a couple of blocks from the clubhouse. The management company catered to our needs as best they could and were very timely in their responses when we had needs or questions. The woman from Jeeves who inspected our home prior to check-in was very helpful and made sure to give us a tour of our home's amenities. She saw that our BBQ grill was not cleaned properly and had us a replacement grill within an hour of check-in. Within a few days, the pool appeared very dirty (dirtier than what would be expected for weekly maintenance), and Jeeves reported that the pool company said they had already been there to clean it during our stay (which they hadn't). We sent photos of the pool and Jeeves had a pool guy there that afternoon, which we were very thankful for. Of note, we did pay for pool heat, but the pool was almost too hot. It felt almost as warm as the hot tub. Hard to be refreshed on a 90 degree day with a 100 degree pool. I asked if it could be turned down but apparently it is either on or off, so we dealt with it. No big deal. As far as the home itself, it accommodated our 13 guests without feeling small. It is decorated beautifully, although there is some wear and tear as would be expected for a vacation home with large groups constantly moving in and out. Everything was in working order for the most part, although there were a few TV remotes missing (we ended up purchasing a universal remote to solve the problem in the kids' room). The theater room was wonderful. There were plenty of pool towels and the game room was well-stocked with things to do on a rainy day. The only other thing I would want to make sure future guests are aware of is the two jack/jill bathrooms shared by 4 bedrooms. It was a difficult figuring out who to put in which bedrooms because we didn't realize they were shared. Overall, we loved our stay!

Amazing Home near Disney

Blanca's communication leading up to the trip was great. Arrival instructions were perfect, no issues. House was amazing, just like described. Big and spacious, more than enough room for the 9 of us. Amazing backyard/pool area. Pool heat worked amazing also! There was a slight miscommunication with the grill we paid for, but no fault of the owner and we received it just in time to BBQ! Our whole family enjoyed it and hasn't stopped talking about how wonderful everything was. Would highly recommend and would defintely stay again!

Great Disney home!

We had a great vacation staying at this home. It had everything our family of 11(8 adults, 3 children, 4&5yo) needed, plenty of space and a great pool. We came in to visit the Disney parks for several days and this place was a perfect alternative to staying on site. The water park was enjoyed on our off days from the park, and the private pool and playset were perfect after a long day at Disney.

Awesome house for a family trip!

Such a great experience! The house was clean and inviting. Pool and the swing set were awesome for the kids. Rooms were big and the beds were comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and the staff was friendly. The waterpark was a tremendous benefit and we went every day! Great location, too. We could come back in a heartbeat.

Perfect Home for our stay!

This property was the perfect home base for our multigenerational family vacation. The check-in was online and so easy. There was communication from the company and owner prior to our arrival. The owners were very responsive. I had several questions prior to our arrival and the responses were quick and on point. The property was clean and beautiful. What you see in the pictures is what you get. The bedrooms and bathrooms are beautiful and the kids themed rooms were incredible. The house was well stocked for our stay. Towels, pool towels, dishes, glasses, pots and pans - you name it, there is enough for your group. The pool area and outside seating areas were a huge plus and the children's play set was a big hit. They also had a an outdoor/pool area alarm and moveable "fence" so it is very safe with little ones. Watching the football games in the theater was enjoyed by all and not a day went by that the game room went unused. We highly recommend this house and would rent from them for our next trip.
