We loved being close to everything and not having to battle the highway traffic each day going to the theme parks. The condo was clean and everything we needed was already there when we arrived.

Very nice stay!!

We were 4 adults and 4 teens and were super nice. TV's in all 3 bedrooms and living room. We had everything we needed. Just few little things that should be fixed but didn't bother our stay like: the tube shower curtain was broken, the curtain did not stay completely closed and ground water out. Orlando was so hot that the air conditioning was not cool enough. The worst was when we arrived we found out that the reservation was not made directly to the hotel, but to a particular enterprise renting apartments. We were never informed of this. At the reception we got the phone of the person responsible, called and they sent us an email with the information of the apartment, codes and internet access. Also, check in is 4:00 pm and check out is at 10:00 am. Too late to enter because we arrived at 1:00 pm to Runaway. And very early to check out because our flight was at 9 pm. At Hotels.com we were told that check in was at any time and check out at 12 pm. The renting company should has more communication with their customers is our biggest complain.
